Kenny Keo is a special operations veteran, tech founder, and strategic advisor with over two decades of experience at the intersection of data, defense, and disruption.
He spent the majority of his career designing and deploying high-impact data modernization strategies for U.S. Special Operations Command, the U.S. Department of State, and global initiatives like Grow with Google. Whether mapping disinformation networks in Eastern Europe, building software to replace outdated government systems, or briefing executive teams on AI integration, his focus has always been the same: eliminate noise, unlock insight, and move fast.
Kenny has led product development from whiteboard to deployment in both startup and military environments, directly supporting missions in over 10 countries and earning honors such as the Estonian Meritorious Service Cross. His past clients range from NATO partners to grassroots civil affairs teams, and he has personally trained foreign ministries, crisis response agencies, and defense officers on information warfare, strategic communication, and civil-military coordination.
